本站提供之服務屬於「非以有形媒介提供之數位內容」或「經消費者拆封之影音商品或電腦軟體」。依據《消費者保護法》之規定,一旦用戶開始使用服務(包括但不限於登入觀看、操作功能或解鎖課程),即視為服務已完成交付,不適用 7 天鑑賞期之退貨規定,亦不接受退款申請。
2. 續訂與終止服務

隨時取消: 用戶可隨時於個人帳戶設定中取消下一期的自動續訂計畫。

服務期限: 取消續訂後,系統將不會再進行扣款;用戶已繳納之當期費用將持續提供服務直至該計費週期屆滿。

無比例退費: 除本政策另有約定外,所有已支付之訂閱費用均不接受按比例退還(包含但不限於因個人因素中途停用)。
3. 特殊狀況處理與補償
若發生以下特殊情形,本站將依查證結果提供補償或退費處理:

系統異常: 凡因本站系統故障導致用戶無法正常使用服務連續超過 24 小時,用戶可聯繫客服申請相應之服務延展補償或退費。

1. Statutory Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
The services provided by this platform fall under the categories of "digital content not supplied on a tangible medium" or "audio-visual products or computer software unsealed by the consumer." In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, once a user begins using the service (including but not limited to logging in to view content, operating features, or unlocking courses), the service is deemed fully delivered. Consequently, the 7-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) does not apply, and refund requests will not be accepted.
2. Subscription Renewal and Termination
