服務條款（Terms of Service）​

歡迎使用 KIDvest 財商教育平台（以下簡稱「本平台」）。當您註冊或使用本平台服務，即表示您已閱讀、了解並同意遵守本服務條款。​

一、服務內容

本平台提供兒童與青少年財商教育相關之數位服務，包括但不限於：

  • 線上互動課程

  • 理財模擬與任務系統

  • 親子共學工具

  • 訂閱制教育內容

本平台保留隨時調整服務內容之權利。​

二、會員註冊與帳號管理

  1. 使用者須提供正確且完整之個人資料。

  2. 未滿 18 歲之使用者，應由法定代理人（家長）同意後使用。

  3. 使用者應妥善保管帳號與密碼，不得轉讓、出租或與他人共用。

  4. 若帳號遭盜用或有安全疑慮，應立即通知本平台。

三、收費與付款

  1. 本平台部分服務採訂閱制或單次付費。

  2. 所有費用均以新台幣（NTD）計價，並於購買頁面標示。

  3. 使用者同意透過第三方支付（如藍新金流）完成交易。

  4. 訂閱服務將依方案自動續訂，除非使用者於期限前取消。

四、退費與取消政策

  1. 訂閱服務可隨時取消續訂，但已付款期間不提供部分退款。

  2. 若發生重複扣款或系統異常，經確認後將全額退款。

  3. 數位內容一經啟用（如課程解鎖），原則上不提供退費，除法律另有規定。

五、使用規範

使用者不得從事以下行為：

  • 違反法律或公序良俗之行為

  • 未經授權使用他人帳號

  • 散布惡意程式或干擾系統運作

  • 未經授權重製、散布本平台內容

如違反規定，本平台有權暫停或終止帳號。

六、智慧財產權

本平台所有內容（包含課程、文字、圖像、系統設計等）均受智慧財產權保護，未經授權不得使用、修改或散布。

七、服務中斷與免責聲明

  1. 本平台可能因系統維護、不可抗力因素而暫停服務。

  2. 對於因使用本服務所造成之間接損失，本平台不負賠償責任。

  3. 本平台提供之教育內容不構成投資建議。

八、條款修改

本平台保留隨時修改本條款之權利，修改後將公告於網站，使用者繼續使用即視為同意。

九、準據法與管轄

本條款依中華民國法律解釋與適用，如有爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Welcome to the KIDvest Financial Education Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). By registering for or using the Platform's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Services

The Platform provides digital services related to financial literacy education for children and adolescents, including but not limited to:

  • Online interactive courses.

  • Financial simulations and mission systems.

  • Parent-child co-learning tools.

  • Subscription-based educational content.

The Platform reserves the right to adjust service content at any time.

2. Member Registration and Account Management

  • Users must provide accurate and complete personal information.

  • Users under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a legal representative (parent or guardian) before using the service.

  • Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their account and password. Accounts may not be transferred, rented, or shared with others.

  • If an account is compromised or there are security concerns, the user must notify the Platform immediately.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Some services on the Platform are provided via subscription or one-time payment.

  • All fees are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) and are clearly marked on the purchase page.

  • Users agree to complete transactions through third-party payment gateways (e.g., NewebPay).

  • Subscription services will automatically renew according to the chosen plan unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, partial refunds for the currently paid period are not provided.

  • In the event of duplicate charges or system anomalies, a full refund will be issued upon verification.

  • Once digital content is activated (e.g., a course is unlocked), refunds are generally not provided, except as otherwise required by law.

5. User Code of Conduct

Users shall not engage in the following behaviors:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

  • Unauthorized use of another person’s account.

  • Distribution of malicious software or interference with system operations.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the Platform’s content.

If these regulations are violated, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform (including courses, text, images, system design, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the content may be used, modified, or distributed without prior authorization.

7. Service Interruption and Disclaimer

  • The Platform may temporarily suspend services due to system maintenance or force majeure events.

  • The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect losses resulting from the use of its services.

  • The educational content provided by the Platform does not constitute investment advice.

8. Amendments to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of the service by the user constitutes agreement to the modified terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of a dispute, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall serve as the court of first instance.
